Across a full-day of discussions and workshops with Year 9 and 10 students from schools including Queenwood, Redlands, Cherrybrook Technology High School and James Ruse Agricultural High School, our IB students’ contribution on the day cemented why they are the world’s future leaders.

Students actively engaged in sharing ideas with the participants from other schools and collaborated effectively to devise meaningful products and launch pitches. Leaning on the skills gained from the 2025 Future Leaders Lab, Westbourne students spent the day in robust conversations

Led by INSEAD professor Adrian Johnson, Year 9 and 10 students can complete a week long mini-MBA styled programme, Westbourne’s exclusive Future Leaders Lab, to deep-dive into AI, innovation, strategy and impactful communication amongst other leadership skills.
