This mini-MBA styled programme designed and led by INSEAD Professor Adrian Johnson is tailored specifically for high school leaders keen to get ahead. The future entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Presented by Westbourne, in partnership with Professor Adrian Johnson, an esteemed Adjunct Professor at INSEAD and Programme Director of the INSEAD Summer School, the Future Leaders Lab is your gateway to the thrilling world of business and entrepreneurship. 

Together, we will explore cutting-edge insights and real-world experiences that will help shape your future in today’s dynamic economy. A fully immersive experience with peers from across the globe, Future Leaders Lab is available on campus at Westbourne College Singapore. 

Through engaging workshops and activities, you’ll acquire the knowledge and tools needed to excel. Additionally, you’ll gain firsthand insights by visiting industry-leading companies, such as Google, to witness how new technologies are shaping the business landscape. 

Importantly, you will have a tremendous amount of fun! 

The key highlight from the Futures Leaders Lab was Anna Ong’s storytelling activity. In one afternoon, we participated in many exercises designed to improve our ability to tell a linear and logical story, including creating a narrative with a group of others in which each person can only say one sentence and telling stories about ourselves. Throughout Future Leaders Lab you will have full access to campus life and a team-building programme, ensuring you establish lasting bonds with peers from across the globe.

Residential students join us in Singapore with accommodation and meals provided.

  • International arrivals on the Sunday prior to Day 1 of programme
  • International departures on the Saturday after final day of programme

The course starts promptly at 9am on Monday with a team bonding session.

Price including full tuition, visits and activities. They do not include airfares.

  • Day student: A$2,900
  • Residential: A$4,600 (inclusive of accommodation & 3 meals per day)

Course Director, Prof. Adrian Johnson

Adrian Johnson is an engineer, entrepreneur and educator, as well as a long-time friend of Westbourne International. Since 1993 he has co-founded several companies, including Poptel, Germany’s first Internet telephony service provider (VC-funded and successfully sold in a trade sale); Archimation, Germany’s first architectural 3D animation company; MrFootage, a web-based film footage library; Eventival, the world’s leading online film festival management system and EdTech businesses, creating “NextGen” business simulations and KINUVA building educational digital escape games.

At INSEAD Adrian teaches the legendary “Your First Hundred Days” ) MBA/Executive MBA course as well as Executive Education programmes at INSEAD’s campuses in Fontainebleau, Singapore and Abu Dhabi.
