Westbourne’s central location allows our STEM students easy access to the latest industry events and experiences across Sydney. For teachers like Dr Poker Chen, SXSW Sydney was an afternoon of inspiration as he walked away with ideas that can further enrich the studies of his students.
“It’s nice to see the UTS rocketry team again at Tumbalong. The 3D design and testing of model rockets might make for a good physics-engineering project for our students to take to the monthly launches held by NSW Rocketry Association,” said Dr Poker Chen.
